May I take this opportunity to put into writing our thanks for the services you have recently provided us. Due to covid-19 we had a resource issue where 1 of our engineers had to self-issolate. This caused us an issue as we were due on site to commence a sizeable project the very next day, with workloads scheduled in this could not be moved. We required a skilled data engineer to step in and fill the void. These kinds of people are not usually sat on the shelf.
